How to Clean Your Make-Up Brushes

My friend recently shared with me a very simple and cost effective way to clean brand-upwardly brushes and I just couldn't wait to share about information technology!  I'm non certain virtually yous, merely cleaning my make-up brushes didn't sit very loftier on the list of important things to clean.  I guess I never really had thought about information technology before!

Truth is though, after using your makeup brushes even just a few times, your face's natural oils, the makeup, and any other dust or dirt can brainstorm to build upwards on to the bristles.  Pretty gross to think well-nigh right?  Spending a few moments cleaning your brushes every once in a while can help keep those germs from getting transferred to your face up.  Non to mention it can assist keep your castor's bristles soft and nearly effective!

And so… now that I've got yous thoroughly worried virtually the status of your brushes, want to know my little secret for keeping them make clean?

Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap.. That'southward information technology! This lather smells succulent, cleans groovy and is all natural and organic.  I hateful, can nosotros go whatsoever better?

What y'all'll demand:

• Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile Soap – Peppermint (I picked mine up at Target for less than $ten)
• Small bowl
• Water to rinse
• Towel to dry out

What you'll do:

• Pour a minor amount of the Castile Soap into a bowl (A little goes a long manner here!)
• Rub your castor into the soap and create a lather in the bowl
• Gently massage the beard of your brush to loosen the make-up and the clay
• Rinse your brush nether h2o until all the soap is completely out and the h2o runs clear
• Utilise a make clean towel and pat the bristles to remove excess h2o
• Fluff the bristles to help them regain their original shape
• That's information technology!
